1. Booking Confirmation: All custom tour packages are subject to availability and confirmation by Landstar Multilink. Booking confirmation will be provided upon receipt of payment.
2. Payment: Payment in full is required to confirm the booking unless otherwise specified. Failure to make full payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking.
3. Cancellation Policy: Within 15 Day of Arrival Date – No Refund.
30 Days prior to Arrival – 30% of the total package cost will be refunded.
More than 30 days – 75% refund.
4. Changes to Itinerary: Any changes to the tour itinerary requested by the client after booking confirmation may be subject to additional fees and are subject to availability.
5. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
6. Health and Fitness: Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physical condition to participate in the activities included in the tour package. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
7. Responsibility: Landstar Multilink acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers providing transportation, accommodation, and other services included in the tour package. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by clients during the tour.
8. Liability Waiver: Clients participate in the tour at their own risk. By booking a tour package with Landstar Multilink, clients waive any liability claims against the company and its affiliates.
9. Force Majeure: Landstar Multilink shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under the tour package agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government regulations.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
11. Acceptance: By booking a tour package with Landstar Multilink, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
