Discover a wide range of Sikkim-native flowers at the Flower Exhibition Center. See the red panda and snow leopard, among other Himalayan animals, by going to the Himalayan Zoological Park. See regional artists at work and browse traditional Sikkimese goods at the Cottage Industry and Handicraft Center.

Transfer from Gangtok to Lachung. Visit Bhim Nala Falls and Naga Falls on route. Lachung and Lachen river confluence. Spend the night at Lachung.

Yumthang Valley Excursion (21 km on each side) - Lachung – Gangtok (118 km/06 hours) Proceed to Yumthang Valley, the highest valley of flowers in North Sikkim, after eating breakfast at the guesthouse (Alt 11,800 feet). Don't forget to stop at the hot springs en route back to the hotel; the water in them is reputed to have therapeutic properties. For Indian visitors exclusively, an optional journey to Yumesamdong Valley or Zero Point near the Tibet Border (Alt 15,000 feet, 23 km from Yumthang) can be scheduled (at extra cost and with advance notice). Arrive at the hotel, check out, and head to Gangtok.
