Cancellation Policy
• There will be identical or comparable hotels.
• There is no guarantee of a hotel change in an emergency.
• Before making a reservation, guests must independently select the hotel.
• Any payments made at the venue directly will be required for all services save those listed above.
• According to hotel policy, the use of heaters in hotels in the Hills Area is charged.
• Hotel policies will govern when guests check in and out.
• The package meals are limited to the hotel specified and are subject to the terms and limitations of the hotel menu.
• Tirunelveli, Mussoorie, and Other Hill Areas Do Not Permit Large Vehicles Like Tempos or Coaches
• There Are Additional Fees for Local Sightseeing in the Hills
• Not much luxury should be expected from Tempo Traveler.
• Car is not at disposal; it is according to the itinerary. The driver will be paid directly for any additional sightseeing or transfers that are not included in the schedule.
• If the schedule does not include extra fees for disposable usage, the vehicle will not be available beyond 20:00 hours.
• Short stays and unveiled amenities are not eligible for refunds.
• A reimbursement for hotel cancellations in accordance with house policies.
• If an unforeseen circumstance arises—for example, a landslide, inclement weather, fire, an embargo, governmental actions or decisions, a political or national crisis, an act of terrorism or other comparable causes, strikes, or other issues—neither a cancellation nor a refund will be issued.
